The Oak Park Church of the Brethren is a growing congregation in Garrett County, Maryland.  Oak Park Church permits Living Hope Biblical Counseling Ministry to use its facilities for its Biblical counseling needs.  However, Living Hope is a separate not-for-profit organization registered in the State of Maryland.   Rev. Mel Menker is the Senior Pastor of Oak Park.
